The man ringing the temple bell here is in the courtyard of the Jagdith Tample in Udaipur in Rajasthan.

It is a Hindu temple devoted to the god Vishnu. The approach to the temple is up steep steps and once through the gateway there is intricately-carved stonework all around.

During the temple service two men ring bells constantly. The ringing goes on and on without stop and it is very loud; so loud that the very stones and the air hum and vibrate with the sound.
