Description
Window greeting card shows a view from a leaded window in an old building looking over the River Cam and one of the bridges in Cambridge. A punt (flat-bottomed boat with a square-cut bow) with passengers approaches from the lower left. The punter’s pole is stretched out at a low angle so that the punter can manoeuvre the punt around the bend in the river. On the right bank of the river are large trees framing the right of the view. Beyond that is a stone bridge with two arches, leading to more buildings in classical style beyond.
