When you buy goods on this site you promise you are of legal age and able to enter into a contract to buy the goods. If we suspect fraud of any kind we may at our absolute discretion refuse to process or complete an order.

We will send you an email to confirm the sale and an email when we mail out the goods. We may email you to tell you about an offer specific to you or to remind you about items in your basket, or to ask you for feedback about a product you purchased.

If there is a delay because of something outside our control we will contact you with a revised date. We expect to fulfil all orders, but if we cannot because of events outside our control we will refund the cost. Our liability to you for breach of contract or otherwise is not more than the price of the products. In the event of you requesting and being entitled to a refund within the scope of our Returns policy, the refund will be made to the credit card you used to complete the transaction.

We retain the copyright in the images we have designed, and the design of the goods and you may not copy or reproduce them.

We do our best to portray colours accurately on the screen but they may differ from the physical products.

The content of this site is the property of the owners of this site or the owners of any software on this site. You may use its content only as authorised.

Each of the paragraphs of these terms of business operates separately. If a court decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the other paragraphs will remain effective.

All disputes or claims will be governed by UK law, and you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
