Buying Cards

We sell in multiples of six cards per design and the minimum number of cards in one order is 120.

Delivery

If you are local to us then carriage is zero whatever the amount of stock you buy in one order. Otherwise carriage is £12.00 per order.

We will invoice on delivery with payment to be made within seven days. At our discretion, we may require payment before delivery. We may ralso refuse a transaction if we suspect fraud.

Trade Terms

As a trade customer buying stock for resale in the normal course of business, you acknowledge that your relationship with Flying Twigs does not create and is not intended to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchisor-franchisee relationship.

We retain title to the goods until payment has been made in full. Once paid, you own the goods but we retain the copyright in the images and the design of the goods.

You may sell the goods in the normal course of business, but you may not modify, scan, photograph, or otherwise reproduce, copy, or create derivatives of the goods nor disseminate derivatives of the goods or allow the same to be done. These restrictions are imposed to preserve our business model.

While we expect to be able to fulfil all orders, availability of all products is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods at any time.

A contract between us is made when we confirm in writing our acceptance of an order from you, which includes by electronic communications. Where an order is to be made in separate parts and we are unable to fulfil part, we will offer a refund for the unfulfilled part of the order.

When we specify a delivery date and are unable to meet it because of an event outside our control, we will contact you with a revised delivery date after the event is resolved.

We accept orders from within the UK only.

If the delivery service cannot deliver the goods because of an incorrect address or the address is inaccessible, we will ask you for a correct, accessible address. Additional delivery costs are at your expense. In the event that we do not receive such address within seven working days then we have no obligation to deliver the goods nor refund any payments received.

We accept payments by direct bank transfer. We do not accept payments by cash, cheque or non-electronic negotiable instrument. All prices are in pounds sterling. Late payments are subject to statutory compensation and interest.

We try to reflect the colours of the cards accurately on the website. Some differences are inevitable and all sales are made subject to this.

Returns or cancellations other than for damage, wrongly fulfilled orders, or a substantial fault with the quality of the materials or the condition of the goods are not allowed and all sales are final.

Any damage or discrepancies must be notified to us as soon as possible and in any event not later than seven days from receipt of the goods.

If we send the goods to you and they are damaged in transit, you must notify us and return the goods in the original packaging so that we can make a claim against the carrier.

We cannot be responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit to us. Use a trackable service covering the value of the goods and obtain proof of postage.
