What that means is for it to decide with the tools at its command. One thing though, it will not bow down and deny that it has them.

By rocking, we mean that this rooster is in tune with the universe. It is in a groove and dancing to the beat that runs under all the many things we do. Taken individually, the things we do can seem a mess. Or if not a mess, then separate and finding their own way. But take a step back and listen to the music behind all of those things and we see the harmony and a different pattern.

Of course, by rocking we do not mean the gentle to and fro or side to side action of a rocking chair. Nor are we referring to someone who is moving gently side to side. That is unless that person is moving gently from side to side, moving to the music.

Sometimes we sway and sometimes we jump and jive. We are anything but automatons. To put it another way, we are what we are and sometimes we do things just because we can. You could say we do things to prove we are alive.
