Return Policy

We have a flexible return policy and if you don’t like what you bought or you simply changed your mind, just let us know and we will refund you.

Let us know via our Contact form within fourteen days from the day after you receive the goods and return them. If you prefer, you can using the wording in this cancellation form and email it to us to let us know.

We will refund the original cost of the goods and the original delivery charge. You will need to pay the return postage cost in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you return the goods because of our error we will also refund the return postage cost.

Quote your order number and include your details when you return the goods so we can identify the order. If the goods have been damaged in the post, return them with the original packaging so we can claim against Royal Mail.

Make sure to use a trackable service because we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit to us without means of tracking them.
