How did we come up with the name Flying Twigs? Well we wanted something that connected nature with a creative, imaginative approach, playful and positive, and eco-friendly, and dynamic. So we ran a few names past people and this is the one that stuck.

If you are wondering how this photo relates to us, it is a photo we took of what are known as ‘the Backs’, in Cambridge – the river and buildings of the university colleges – near where we lived before moving to London.

Eco-Friendly Cards

What we mean by eco-friendly is that our cards are printed in the UK by printing firms certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, which means they only use card stock from responsibly managed and sustainable forests.

We aim for web accessibility for all users by using consistent navigation, clear menus, legible fonts, and high colour contrast, making it easier for alll visitors to navigate and use the website. Our business is online, and our hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and closed on weekends and public holidays.

We support organisations that work to reduce:

• The use of pesticides that cause Colony Collapse Disorder in honeybees;
• The ‘zero grazing’ policy of livestock management;
